SUMMARY:Growing Together: Connection\, Expression & Regulation Through Art
DESCRIPTION:Mahja Kabir\, an artist and art therapy trainee\, creates gentl
 e\, creative spaces for care\, growth\, and connection. Growing Together i
 s a 7-week registered program for caregivers and children\, with each sess
 ion offering a different experience. Families engage in brief grounding\, 
 open-ended art-making\, and gentle closings\, fostering connection\, emoti
 onal expression\, and communication in a supportive\, low-pressure environ
 ment. Program will run February 2nd – March 30th (no program on February
