Fitness Instructor Catherine will lead exercises useful for joints and flexibility.  Class includes seated and standing components, as well as mindfulness meditation.

Join us for a fun session of chair workouts.  Increase your flexibility, strength balance and endurance.

Together we'll play a variety of puzzles memory and word games intended to strengthen cognition. iPad will be provided.
